“In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.”

Mediation is a simple way of settling a dispute.

Using a trained professional to help participants negotiate a settlement, your problem could be solved cheaply and quickly. Court should be the last resort and you could resolve your issues in the next few weeks – not the next year or two.

For too long now in my work as a solicitor, I have seen people waste tens of thousands of pounds and years of their lives, fighting over something that could have been resolved in a day if those in dispute would get in a room and try to talk about their differences. The legal system is not in my opinion fit for purpose, and mediation is far, far more effective.
